Product Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tincupgifts, and you can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase. When making a return, insure the item for it’s purchase price and pre-pay the shipping charges. Except when noted Tincupgifts will accept product for return or exchange under the following conditions:

• All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Tincupgifts before shipping any product to our offices.

• To receive a return authorization number, please contact the Customer Service Department at admin@tincupgifts.com or call our customer service department between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

• Products should be returned in their original packaging.

• In order to maintain quality and competitive prices the item (s) must be in new, unused, original condition as when the item (s) left our warehouse. Any item (s) returned that are used in any way will be refused without issuing a credit. You will be responsible for picking up the item (s) or prepaying to have the item (s) shipped back to you.

• Note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping container to speed up processing of your return/exchange.

• NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS of receipt of order without first getting approval or authorization from Tincupgifts.



• If an order needs to be cancelled, for any reason before it has been shipped, once the checkout process has been completed, there will be a 5% ($3.00 minimum) processing fee deducted from your total purchase price refunded to you. This covers the cost we incur to process and refund the charges to your credit card.



• There will be a 10% restocking fee for any items that are returned unless the following conditions apply - shipment error, defective or damaged product or exchanges. You will receive a full refund less the restocking fee, return shipping fee and original shipping charges.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for shipping Mon-Fri. Point of origin is Kimmswick, Missouri. (As long as product is in stock!) Due to the popularity of our product there are back orders now and again. You will be charged for shipped items only. Back orders will be shipped as soon as received and will be charged at that time. If you do not want back ordered items please state on the comments section during checkout. Back orders will be shipped automatically first class free of charge.

Freight cost is figured during check out due to weight issues .

U.S.P.S. First Class Mail - could take up to 10 days..... U.S.P.S. Priority Mail - will have it delivered to your door in 3 to 4 days. U.S.P.S. Express Mail - will have it delivered to your door in 1 to 2 days. UPS Ground - could take up to 7 days UPS 2nd Day UPS Next Day
